          In the last section, we learn about how to improve self direct professional development with use google group, yahoo group, facebook, or twitter. Such as, give comment or question in social media. This activity help us to improve self direct professional development.  But now, I want to share my opinion when I use google group for comment in TEFL group.

(Class Management)

Now days, technology is one of important tool in education world. Through technology teacher and student can easy to access a lot of information from different sources. Technology becomes important aspect in this current because technology not only give us information but also help us to create a website or account that function to help us connect with our student. For example Schoology, Edmodo, Facebook, Google Drive, Skype, and so on. They help us to connect with our student from different area and time. So, we can know what our student activity today and we can control our student in learning process through technology. Based on the explanation above, I excited to choose Engrade, Class Dojo, and Quizstar to help me teach in my class. There are some reasons why I choose them. For the first reason, Engrade helps me to connect with our student easily. I can give my student announcement, assignment, grades, and learning material through Engrade. In addition, I was use it at last year. So, I do not get difficulties to control my student activity while outdoor class. For the second reason, I choose Class Dojo because class dojo encourage my student to share their idea with other friend through participate and teamwork facility in Class Dojo. Third reason is why I choose Quizstar because Quizstar help me to create some quize easily and practise. It help my student to measure their knowledge through answered the quize. 

             After we know why I choose them. Now, how is applying them in my class? for the first step, I apply Engrade in my class. I ask student to sign up in Engrade account and follow Engrade activity everyday. Then, I ask them to download learning material from Engrade if I was upload learning material, Next, I ask my student to see announcement and submit their assignment from Engrade account. Second step, I apply Class Dojo tool when my student need to share their idea with other friend. Such as, when my student needs group work, they can use teamwork facility from Class Dojo. But if they need to share their idea, they can use participate facility from Class Dojo. Third step, after I give my student learning material, give announcement, collect their assignment with Engrade and making grou work with Class Dojo. Now, the third step is use Quizstar tool to make Quiz activity in my class. I use it when my student understands with lesson and ready to do quiz. So, my student do not get difficulties to understand lesson. I think this is enough explanation to apply them in my class.

Usually, the students like to read a lot if the book has many pictures. so, comic is suitable media to teach reading. From all the flexibility that offered by youtube, of course there was not only a positive impact but also negative impact for students, because the negative impact of the youtube is pretty awful, too. Teacher and Parents should monitor students’ activities when using YouTube because students have a freedom to access any kinds of videos at YouTube including amoral videos. Thus, teacher and parents’ control for students’ activities when accessing YouTube is very important.

Teaching reading using sustained silent reading (SSR) method

         Reading is one of important aspect to understand the  learning material and improve student ability of English language. In this era, reading is suitable to practice everyone especially student in Indonesia school. Because student strives to search material learning with itself. So, the student needs a lot of reading activity by reading journals, newspapers, articles, books, and so on. Based on the explanation above, we know that student needs many of times to do reading activity. As long as that we know, student has not a lot of reading activity while learning process. Because student gets lazy to read books. So, as a teacher, teacher has to support student to improve their reading activity. This case is suitable with Sustained  Silent Reading (SSR)  method because in this method student gives quarter time or fifteen minutes for silent reading only. Teaching using  Sustained  Silent Reading (SSR) is the best choice to improve students' reading skill because SSR makes student active to read quarter minute per day. so, they intuitively improve their reading ability. This method shows us that silent reading method is  one of the best method to improve students reading ability.

4. then, ask them to check edmodo one time in one week to look new assignment and new learning material
5. next, ask your students to submit their assignment through edmodo

Schoology
1. first, you explain schoology in your students and how to use it.
2. second, ask your student to sign up in schoology with password code of your class
3. third  arrange your plan during one semester in your class, you can use calendar to make sure assignment
   every week. you can use publish your material learning, discuss activity, quiz, grouping with application in
   schoology
4. then, ask them to check Schoology one time in one week to look new assignment and new learning
    material
5. next, ask your students to submit their assignment through schoology
6. later,you give grade for every students assignment

Skype
1. first, you explain Skype in your students and how to use it.
2. second, ask your student to sign up in Skype with password code of your class
3. ask student to make grouping for discuss session
4. ask student to discuss  and record discussion activity  with skype
5. ask student to submit their assignment in soft file

Technology in Education

In this time, technology have big role in education especially to develop education in this world. Technology makes students easy to learn material education. The students can search anything that they need in their learning process. They can use smart phone and laptop to search material learning or to do their homework from their school. They can study with visual or audio learning according they needed. They can get visual learning with computer, LCD, laptop, VCD, DVD, and so on. Whereas they get audio learning with recorder, audio tape, radio, and so on. They can do it if they use technology. Technology is use full to help everyone from children until adult in this time. By the technology, we can teach in the class with easily. We can use LCD and laptop if we make presentation in the class. In addition, we can make quizzes, test and class online with technology as learning media. But technology has negative effect if we use technology with bad attitude. Such as some peoples uses technology to search bad information and some peoples use technology to do bad job (human transaction, criminal act, and so on. Although technology have some bad effect, but technology have more positive effect in human life. We have to look at how far positive affect than negative effect of technology. Netiquette

          We need netiquette for online communication with other people. Because netiquette is  important rule when we use internet. If we do not use netiquette when we have conversation with other people. We always make some mistakes in communication online. Such as, someone speaks with rude language in social media. we always assume that this people have bad personality in communication. In other hand, netiquette help us to keep our personality if we do communication online. if we do not use netiquette, we always make sarcasm, copy someone message and use "flaming " language in communication online. such as we usually use informal and sarcasm language with our friends. So, we use informal  and sarcasm language in communication online. Some people assume that we are not polite people and we get bad mark in communication. So, I think we need netiquette in communication online.

Personal Introduction

         My name is Dinda Trisnindita. I come from Jombang. I have been operating computer since in Junior High School.
